Bakeapple Pie

Ingredients:


2 cups (500 mL) bakeapples
1 cup (250 mL) sugar
Pastry
2 tbsp. (25 mL) tapioca

Preparation:

Combine bakeapples and sugar; let stand. Meanwhile, prepare pastry. Line bottom of pie plate with pastry and sprinkle with tapioca to absorb juice. Fill shell with bakeapple mixture and cover with pastry. Bake at 450F (230C) for 10 minutes, then 350F (180C) for 30 to 40 minutes.
