Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients:

1 qt. (1L) blueberries 1 cup (250 ml) butter 1 cup (250ml) sugar 3 eggs 1 tsp. (5ml) vanilla 2 ½ cups (625ml) flour 3 tbsp. (50ml) baking powder

Preparation:

Place blueberries in a greased loaf pan. Cream butter, adding sugar gradually. Stir in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla, flour, and baking powder. Pour mixture over blueberries. Pour mixture over blueberries and bake at 375 F (190 C) for 30 to 40 minutes or until nicely browned.
